Its very delicious. Forgets your diets
Ingredients:
CHEESE CAKE
1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
CAKE:
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. orange or lemon rind
TOPPING:
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Crust.
Mix and pour into bottom of 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Cool on rack. Do not remove sides.
Cake
Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each. Add flour and rind. Beat well. Pour into spring form pan. Bake at 325 degrees, about 40 to 50 minutes. Top will begin to lightly brown and center is slightly soft. Edge may crack some.
Topping
Mix and pour over warm cake. Let cool, cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Before serving you can spread a topping of pie filling on top
